HUBB Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a property services company registered in England and Wales. We provide leak detection, drainage, damp and mould surveys, and fire and flood restoration services across Essex and the Southeast.

- Enquiry records: 12 months from last contact, unless a job proceeds
- Customer job records: 6 years (to comply with tax and contractual obligations)
- Payment records: 7 years (HMRC requirement)
